Per aix\u00f2, comptem amb&nbsp;<strong>cuina pr\u00f2pia<\/strong>, men\u00fas equilibrats i variats dissenyats per nutricionistes, adaptats a les diferents necessitats aliment\u00e0ries. Tamb\u00e9 gaudim i ens cuidem amb el delici\u00f3s&nbsp;<strong>\u201cMen\u00fa de l\u2019avi\u201d<\/strong>, que trien els nostres residents, i amb m\u00faltiples men\u00fas especials al llarg de l\u2019any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aquest funcionament ens basem en tres factors fonamentals: una cuina pr\u00f2pia, que comporta un personal especialitzat i unes instal\u00b7lacions adequades. La cuina pr\u00f2pia \u00e9s un element important, per\u00f2 no suficient. \u00c9s primordial la<strong>&nbsp;vigil\u00e0ncia<\/strong>&nbsp;i la&nbsp;<strong>supervisi\u00f3 m\u00e9dic<\/strong>a i&nbsp;<strong>nutricional<\/strong>&nbsp;de totes les el\u00b7laboracions.
